Who can I refer?
Any Canadian business or individual who hasn't previously used TechFix services. From a one-person home office to a 200-person enterprise.
Is there a cap on referrals?
No cap. Refer 100 clients if you want. The more you refer, the higher your tier multiplier — you unlock 2× rewards at 5 closed referrals.
How and when do I get paid?
Via Interac e-transfer to any Canadian bank account. Payouts processed within 30 days of the qualifying event (plan activation or paid service).
What if my referral doesn't sign up immediately?
Your referral cookie lasts 90 days. If they return within 90 days and convert, you get the reward.
Can I refer enterprise clients?
Yes — enterprise referrals ($500–$2,000 reward) are encouraged. Contact us directly for high-value deals to get co-selling support.
Do I need to be a TechFix client?
No — anyone can participate. However, TechFix clients who refer earn 50 bonus loyalty points per referral on top of the cash reward.
