How long is the consultation?
30 minutes via voice session or video call. We run a tight agenda: current state review, gap analysis, recommendations, and Q&A. No filler, no sales pitch.
Who will I be speaking with?
A senior TechFix technician or business IT specialist — not a salesperson. The same person who would manage your account conducts the consultation.
What happens after the consultation?
You receive a written IT health report within 24 hours. There's no obligation to proceed. If you do want to move forward, we can start onboarding within 48 hours of a signed agreement.
